This policy explains how Saïf-Eddine MIAH (EI) — tekNa Studio processes the personal data of people who contact us through this website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data-protection law.

Data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide to get in touch:

  • your name, email address, and where relevant your phone number and business name;
  • the content of your message or quote request.

This website collects no browsing data for tracking purposes: no advertising cookies, no trackers, no third-party analytics tools.

Purposes and legal basis

  • Responding to your request and preparing a quote — legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Managing our relationship and getting back to you about it — legal basis: our legitimate interest in handling the enquiries we receive (Article 6.1.f GDPR).

Recipients and processors

Your data is handled by Saïf-Eddine MIAH (EI) — tekNa Studio (the two founders) and by the strictly necessary technical providers:

  • Website hosting: Hostinger International Ltd (Cyprus / European Union).
  • Email: OVH SAS (France) for receiving emails; where applicable Resend / Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES) for sending emails, with transfers outside the EU covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • WhatsApp: if you message us via WhatsApp, your message is processed by Meta Platforms Ireland under its own privacy policy (transfer outside the EU duly framed).

Your data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.

Retention

Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then for the duration of our relationship. Absent any follow-up, it is kept for a maximum of 3 years from our last contact (the period recommended by the French data-protection authority), then deleted.

Your rights

Under Articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data:

  • right of access and rectification;
  • right to erasure ("right to be forgotten");
  • right to restriction and right to object to processing;
  • right to data portability.

To exercise these rights, email us at contact@tekna.studio. We respond within one month. We may request proof of identity in case of reasonable doubt.

Lodging a complaint

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL — 3 Place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — www.cnil.fr.

Cookies and local storage

This website uses no cookies for tracking, advertising or analytics — so no consent banner is required. A technical local storage item (sessionStorage) is only used to show the intro animation once per session; it contains no personal data and has no tracking purpose (consent-exempt).

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS and hosted on secure infrastructure. We apply reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorised access.
